How Much Does Weed Pulling Cost in Utah? Weekly Pricing Explained

Weed pulling is labor, so what you pay comes down to how much time someone spends in your yard. Here’s how weekly weed pulling is priced at Utah Weed Pullers — and how to tell whether it’s worth it.
The price: a flat monthly rate
Our weekly service is $322 per month for one hour of hand weeding every week, month-to-month with no contract. Need more time? The double-time plan is $620 per month for two hours at every weekly visit. You pick your service, check out online, and see your service day before you pay. There are no quotes, no estimates to wait for, and no surprise charges.
What you get for it
- One hour of hand weeding every week, on the same day each week.
- A priority list you set at the first visit — we always start at #1 and work down.
- Weeds pulled root and all, bagged, and taken away.
- No chemicals, so it’s safe around kids, pets, and vegetable gardens.
Why weekly beats occasional
Weeds are easiest and cheapest to remove when they’re small. A weekly hour keeps new weeds from setting seed, which means the seed bank in your soil shrinks season after season. A once-a-year blitz tends to be long, hard, and temporary — the weeds are back within weeks.
What affects whether one hour a week is enough?
For most yards, a weekly hour is plenty once the beds are under control: the size of the property, how many beds and rock areas you have, and the types of weeds all play a role. Because you set priorities at the first visit, the areas you care about most always get the first part of the hour. If one hour isn’t enough for a big or fast-growing yard, the 2-hour plan gives your weeder twice the time at every visit.
