Step by step

From sign-up to weed-free

  1. Sign up online (about 2 minutes)

    Choose your service and enter your address and contact info. A person from our team then reaches out to confirm your first visit and collect payment. You’re billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.

  2. See your service day instantly

    We work one area at a time, so every city has its own day of the week. As soon as you pick your city, we show your service day and the date of your first visit.

  3. We knock on your door

    On your first visit we’ll ring the bell and ask you to walk the property with us. That’s the only visit where we need you home.

  4. You tell us your priorities

    Point out where you want us to focus and rank each area: Priority 1, 2, 3 and so on. Front beds? Back fence line? Rock bed by the driveway? You decide the order.

  5. We work your list, every visit

    Each visit we start at Priority #1 and work down the list until the hour is up (or the job is done). Change your priorities any time — just tell us.

FAQ

Common questions about how it works

What happens at my first visit?

We’ll knock on your door and ask you to walk the property with us, pointing out where you want us to focus and in what order. We turn that into your priority list, and then we get to work.

How does the priority list work?

You rank the areas you care about most: Priority 1, 2, 3, and so on. Every time we visit, we start at Priority #1 and work our way down the list until our time is up. Once #1 is looking great, more of the hour goes to #2, then #3 — and you can change the list any time.

Do I need to be home for visits?

Only for the first visit, so you can show us your priorities. After that you don’t need to be home — just make sure we can get to your yard (leave gates unlocked or tell us your gate code when we reach out before the first visit).

Which day will you come?

To keep prices low we run efficient routes and work one area at a time, so each city has its own service day. Pick your city while you sign up and we’ll show you your day and your first visit date. See the full list of cities and service days.

What if it rains on my service day?

We’ll move your visit to the next available day and let you know. Pulling is easiest in damp soil, so light rain usually isn’t a problem.

How soon can you start?

Usually the next time we’re in your city, at least 2 days after you sign up. The sign-up form shows your first-visit date, and a person from our team confirms it with you when they reach out.
