By signing up for service with Utah Weed Pullers, you agree to these terms.
Services
Weekly weed pulling: one visit per week lasting approximately one hour (the 1-hour plan, $322 per month) or two hours (the 2-hour plan, $620 per month). Optional add-ons selected at sign-up are billed monthly with your plan at the prices shown at checkout.
Priority list
At the first visit you’ll tell us where to focus and in what order. We work your list from Priority #1 down and can update it at your request.
Payment
Weekly service and any add-ons are billed monthly. After you submit the sign-up form, a person from our team will contact you to confirm the date of your first service and to collect payment. Your billing cycle starts on the day we collect your first payment: if that is the 15th, your month runs from the 15th to the 15th, and you are billed again on the 15th of each month.
Coupons
The WEED50 coupon takes $50 off the first monthly payment of a weekly plan, for new customers only (no previous weekly plan with us under the same email). One coupon per household. It can’t be combined with other offers or promotion codes, has no cash value, and we may change or end it at any time.
Cancellation & refunds
Weekly service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, we finish out the billing month you have already paid for (about 30 days from your last billing date) and service then stops; you will not be billed again.
We do not give refunds or partial-month credits for canceling mid-month. For example, if your month started on the 15th and you cancel on the 25th, you do not receive a refund for the days left in that month. You keep your weekly visits through the end of it.
Pace of work
We know a common wish is to get it done quicker. We’ll do our best to work efficiently and not waste a minute of your time, but we’re not Superman: your plan’s hours are the hours we have, and one weeder can only pull so many weeds in an hour. If your yard needs more time, the 2-hour plan gives your weeder twice as long at every visit.
Scheduling & weather
We service each city on a set day of the week. If weather or other circumstances prevent a visit, we’ll reschedule to the next available day.
Property access & your plants
Please make sure we can access your yard. We pull only what we believe to be weeds; if you’d like us to avoid a particular plant, tell us at your first visit.
Liability
We perform services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
